ClearlySo Canada members are walking the talk with the launch of its Peer to Peer workshop series where members lead workshop sessions aimed at educating and informing on topics in which they specialize that are of interest to our community. Our first workshop will be conducted by Michael Glenn, VP Technology and CTO of Zerofootprint. In this session, Michael will provide an overview of carbon emissions terminology, show you how to measure and manage corporate greenhouse gas emmissions within your company and illustrate why it's important to get started now.

ClearlySo Global's fifth social business conference

| This will be ClearlySo Europe's fifth conference yet. They will be building on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from last year's conference to give you more of the same, with a few new elements thrown in there to spice things up.
Expect more pitches (examples of which can be seen on their youtube user page) and some great speakers discussing the topics that are of crucial relevance to social businesses and enterprises.
Their annual conference is unique in that it brings together people from every part of the social business and enterprise sector and the atmosphere is such that it promotes real discussions - again, see their videos for examples!

Canadian Responsible Investment Conference 2010 - 14 June 2010This year's conference explores how innovation is changing the face of socially responsible investment (SRI), and how SRI is revolutionizing conventional investment. The sessions include speakers on cleantech, oilsands issues, public attitudes, advisor/client relationships, divestment vs. engagement and innovations in Environmental Social Governance (ESG) research and investment management.
